General terms and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter GTC) apply to the portal at consolite.ch (hereinafter portal). The operator of the portal is Consolitech Switzerland AG (hereinafter referred to as the provider).
The Provider may amend these GTC at any time. The version of these GTC in force at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized.
1. General
The offer is aimed exclusively at persons resident or domiciled in Switzerland.
2. Availability
The offers on the portal are subject to change and are not to be understood as binding offers.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the portal represent the actual prices to be paid. They include value-added tax, any public charges passed on, copyright remuneration, advance disposal fees and other surcharges of any kind that cannot be freely selected.
4. Payment
The customer shall make payments in Swiss francs. The following payment options are available to the customer: Invoice

The provider is not liable for slight negligence, for consequential damages, for indirect damages, for loss of profit or for actions of its auxiliary persons.
6. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate privacy policy.
7. Severability clause
Should any provision of this contract be or become invalid or should the contract contain a loophole, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the missing or invalid provision, a provision shall be deemed to have been agreed which comes closest to the economic purpose originally intended by the parties.
8. Force Majeure
In the case of special events such as riots, large-scale strikes, civil unrest, natural events, etc., the affected party shall be liable to the other party only for damage that is demonstrably unrelated to these events.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
This contract is governed by Swiss law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (UN Sales Convention). The following exclusive jurisdiction is agreed for all disputes arising from this contract: If the action is brought by a consumer, the ordinary courts at the consumer’s place of residence or habitual abode or at the provider’s registered office shall have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts in Zurich is agreed.
